Last updated: September 6, 2025

assspankingtube values the creative work of copyright holders and takes infringement claims seriously. We comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and will act quickly when valid notices are submitted through our contact form.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe that your work has been uploaded here without authorization, you can file a takedown notice. For your request to be considered, please include all of the following:

  1. Contact details
Your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the work
Clearly identify the copyrighted material you own. For multiple works, a single representative list is acceptable.
  3. Location of the material
Provide the exact URL(s) where the infringing content can be found. Vague references will not be processed.
  4. Good faith statement
A declaration that you believe, in good faith, that the material is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy declaration
Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is correct and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature
A physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name counts as an electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was taken down in error, you may submit a counter-notification through our contact form. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your complete contact details.
  2. The content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where assspankingtube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your signature, either physical or electronic.

We may restore the content within 10 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless we are informed that the original complainant has filed legal action.

Repeat Offenders

Users who repeatedly violate copyright law will have their accounts suspended or terminated. Infringing content may also be removed without notice.

False Claims Warning

Filing false takedown notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability, including damages and attorney fees. Please consult a lawyer if you are unsure of your rights before filing.
